Low-FODMAP Blueberry Vanilla Spice Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium ripe banana
  • 10 fresh blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon 88 Acres Vanilla Spice Sunflower Seed Butter
  • ½ cup low-FODMAP milk of choice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds for garnish
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon crushed walnuts for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add ice and milk to blender first, then remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
